We Can Help Organise Your Event
If you’re in Adelaide and you have an idea for a particular flashmob or similar event that you’d like to see happen, we can help in the following ways:
- You can suggest your idea to us for a future event. I should warn you that our resources are extremely stretched these days so its unlikely that we’ll be able to organise your event idea ourselves
- You can organise your own event and we can send a message to our members and post it on our Facebook page and twitter feed to help you publicise it. (Keep in mind that while we do have over 2500 fans on our Facebook page, a regular post will only be seen by a small fraction so we suggest using Facebook’s promoted post features to reach more people. You can do this yourself or we’d be happy to do it for you if you transfer us the money)
Rundle Mall Events
If you’d like to hold your event in Rundle Mall, please contact the management during the planning stages of your event. Flashmobs, especially those with loud music, can disrupt traders, buskers and other mall events so to ensure your event goes down smoothly and everyone has fun we suggest you discuss your plans with Rundle Mall Management.

In the past we’ve done a few events for others but we no longer have the time to do that so I’m afraid we won’t be able to help you.
