Meet: Hindmarsh Square- South West Corner
Time: 3pm- 4pm
After the success of AFM#4 we decided to continue with the format of having multiple mobs in each event. Its a little known fact that we don’t actually pick the mob idea until the last minute but with this mob we took it to the extreme by not finalising until the morning of the actual mob. Having said that , it came together awsomely and produced some of the best stuff we’ve had so far.
Here is the “Link” video, the other two and their full reports are available after the jump

-The Link download rocket science dvdrip mob was a bit more complicated than some of our other ideas in that the mobbers had to try and remember each others faces in the short time before the mob where we gave out instructions. Basically it was a totally random bizarre game where each person had to try and link to another mobber and those that hadn’t been linked to had to act like members of the general public. It dragged on a bit on the day but actually looks really funny on the video and you’ll notice that we had a random join at the end bearing towels…
–Leapfrog is probably my favourite video so far and was great fun to participate in. Also, like our Conga mob from AFM#4, it was really hot work. At the time, I was focused on the job at hand and hardly noticed what was going on around me so it was cool to go back and look at the video and try and catch peoples reactions.
–Legion was somewhat more structured than most of our other mobs which made for an interesting and welcome change. The idea was that we were a legion of soldiers who were assigned to follow around the queen (Miss Kitty) and guard her as she shopped. The mob certainly benefited greatly from the drill sergent impression by ‘Uncle Ken,’ also listen closely to the video to hear our cameraman, Alex, trying to disguise the fact that he was involved in the mob.
