The No Pants Tram Ride (and sometimes bus or train) was our longest running event, held every year between 2008 and 2018 (11 years total). We decided to retire the event after the 11th year in 2018 as the organisers were moving onto other things (however, if someone else wants to start the event up again you are most welcome and feel free to contact us for some advice). Read more about the events below.
The basic idea is to ride the train/tram without pants and pretend that it is the most normal thing to do. When people see one person doing this they can easily pass them off as a crazy, but when more and more people enter the train without pants, apparently unknown to each other, the reactions are just priceless.
The No Pants Subway Ride is an annual global event started by Improv Everywhere in New York in 2002. Around 2007/2008 other cities started to join IE by hosting their own No Pants events in their cities. We were the first in Australia to get involved with our event drawing 5 people in 2008.

I (Nick) was away in Europe for No Pants 2010. I actually participated in No Pants Subway Ride in Barcelona (organised by Barnamob) which was awesome!
